I have studied Business and Psychology in university, and have lived with high functioning anxiety my whole life. Among my passion for health and wellness I am also a lover of travelling, walks in nature, all things Disney and spending time with my pup and significant other.

I am a huge advocate for mental health as I have faced my own struggles with anxiety. That is why I love to bring as much encouragement, positivity, and support as I can in this world. I believe our well-being is one of the most important things we should take care of.
